David was founder, senior partner and Chairman of national law firm Thomson Simmons (now Thomson Playford Cutlers). David has more than 40 years experience in banking and finance law, acting for a number of Australia's leading financial institutions. He was appointed Chairman of Assist Finance on 15 February 2008.

David is a director and advisor to a wide range of companies and not for profit organisations.

After holding various senior roles during his 15 year career for an Australian retail bank, Jason established Finance Mutual Australia Pty Limited in 1998 as a broad based financial services provider. A company controlled by Jason acquired the shares in Assist Finance in 2007.

Jason was appointed as a director of Assist Finance on 27 July 2007. His achievements were acknowledged as a South Australian nominee for the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is the Chief Executive Officer of Assist Finance.

Jeff is a Principal of Pitcher Partners Adelaide, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Member of the Tax Institute of Australia and a Member of the South Australian Property Council.  He has particular expertise in residential and commercial property and considerable experience in business and strategic planning and adding value to his clients' businesses.  Over the years Jeff has served on the Board of numerous community organisations, including Calvary Hospital and the South Adelaide Football Club and currently holds several Directorships with client companies.  Jeff has served as an advisor to the Assist Finance Board for the last 3 years and was appointed a Director of Assist Finance on 12th November 2010.
