Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)


Membership of FOS

Under the Corporations Act 2001 and the AFS Licence, the Manager is required to be a member of an external complaints resolution scheme. The Manager has selected the Financial Industry Ombudsman Service ("FOS") for complaints that are escalated outside of the Manager. Complaints can only be referred to the FICS by investors in the Fund after the Manager has had the opportunity to respond to and resolve the complaint.

Promotion of the scheme

The Manager's membership of FOS must be disclosed to investors. This is done through providing contact details of the scheme in the product disclosure statement and in each Syndicate PDS. Additionally, information on FOS must be provided to any investor, upon request.
